1:12:19.4Russia originally won the gold medal with 1:12:15.9 h, but they were disqualified in 2020 because of a subsequent positive doping test with oxandrolone at Yevgeny Ustyugov. Ustyugov complained to the CAS. So far, the following nations have not moved up, the gold medal is currently vacant.
